Gina
Gina Ruccione, M.Sc.MS, is a transpersonal counselor and Ayurvedic practitioner specializing in the integration of mind, body, and consciousness in mental health. Her work is grounded in the understanding that emotional and psychological symptoms are not isolated conditions, but expressions of deeper physiological, energetic, and lifestyle imbalances. Gina supports clients in identifying doshic imbalances—particularly as they relate to anxiety, depression, and nervous system dysregulation—and uses personalized Ayurvedic protocols to restore balance. Her approach combines targeted nutrition and lifestyle interventions with somatic awareness and consciousness-based practices to address the root patterns underlying mental and emotional distress. Her work is informed by graduate studies in Integrative Medicine and Ayurveda, alongside advanced training in transpersonal counseling. She offers a grounded, systems-based perspective that bridges modern mental health frameworks with traditional healing sciences, helping clients build clarity, resilience, and self-regulation from within. Gina’s practice is rooted in the belief that healing is a process of self-reconnection—guided by insight, supported by structure, and sustained through daily alignment.
