Wahneta

I was introduced to Ayurveda in 1999 while studying Yoga in a traditional lineage. Because of that, we also studied Ayurveda and was in fact, at the core of all the Yogic teachings as well. I worked/studied with the Ayurvedic doctor that was brought in for our Ayurvedic education until I felt ready to get professionally educated and trained. While studying at CCA in the CAS and PKS program, I was alos fortunate enough to do a yearlong advanced pulse diagnosis class and PK internship with another local Ayurvedic Dr. in the area. Studies with Dr. Svoboda, Frawley, Douilliard, David Crow and more saw me through those years until I returned ot Ketchum, Idaho to open the first Ayurvedic Center in Idaho. Combining traditional ayurvedic consultations and panchakarma program and rejuvenation therapies proved to be just what my community wanted. I became a Master Teacher for CCA while managing clinical and Pk practice. The list of acheivements include running a center in Goa, opening new offices in California, Texas and Colorado. As well, developing and teaching Panchakarma, rejuvenation therapies and a mentorship program for students and professionals. I love the practice, intelligence and all aspects of Ayurveda, it's study, teaching and application. I have truly been blessed to sustain my life as an Ayurvedic professional for 2 decades.
